Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul’s threat to Rahul, but what did they say?
The criticism of many controversial comments on women in the popular TV show ‘Coffee with Karan’ has been recommended by the two-day match between Team India’s all-rounder Hardik Pandya and Lokesh Rahul.
The recommendation of ban on Pandya and Rahul has been recommended by Vinod Rai, head of the BCCI’s administrative committee.
The same committee member and former Indian woman captain Diana Edulji sent the matter to BCCI Legal Cell.
However, Pandya also apologized for catching the issue. He tweeted his apology, in which he wrote that he was swept away in emotions due to the format of the show.
Regarding his controversial comments made on women, Pandya was also called anti-woman on social media.
For the first time in this show a cricketer took part. Apart from Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul also became part of the show.
The criticism has been criticized by telling about Pandya’s words as anti-woman and sexist in the show. After this, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) issued a show-cause notice to Panda and Rahul on Wednesday.
Both players were given 24 hours time.
After this both the players apologized to the Board and the Administrative Committee in response.
On the response of the players, Vinod Rai told PTI, “I do not agree with the explanation of Hardik and I have recommended the restriction of two matches on both the players.” However, the final verdict is only after the green flag of Diana Edulji. “
Rai said, “Diana Edulji has sought legal opinion in this matter whether both players can be banned so that, obviously, the decision will be taken when he will be on his side, if he approves it, then The decision will be taken on this. As far as I am concerned, these comments are silly, bad and unacceptable.
It is believed that Diana Edulji has sought opinion from BBC Executive Chairman CK Khanna, acting Secretary Amitabh Chaudhary and treasurer Anirudh Chaudhary on this issue.
Pandya also claimed to have made a connection with the women in the show and also told how much she had been talking about her with her parents openly.
Both the cricketers are part of the Indian team in the three ODIs against the Kangaroos starting on Saturday and are currently in Australia with the team.
